These are the two neighbor girls that let Charlie out during the day this summer. They came running over last night saying how much they missed him now that they are back in school.

Our Charlie

Duey made him this thing in the laundry room for when we are gone during the day. It only took a day for him to get out, so we added another board to the bottom. Hopefully this will work to keep him in
On his favorite blanket before I took him for his first haircut. I haven't taken any pictures since because I don't like how his face looks. Hopefully after some of the hair on his nose grows out a little it will look better!

Saturday

Saturday we started a pretty big landscaping project at mom and dad's. We got most of it done, so hopefully next weekend we can go again and finish.

Dad and Duey mixing cement for the flag pole.

As much as dad hates landscaping he helped us all day!! :)
Charlie had SO much fun romping around all day. He was covered in mud, but loving being out there with us. By the end of the day he was so tired, and on the way home he wouldn't wake up for anything!
The ground was so hard we ended up using an axe to loosen it enough to dig a hole.

They rented this to put the edging in- it was wonderful!!!!
Duey layed all the edgers and I came behind and filled the sides back in.

We took out most of the stones and are terracing there instead.

Labor Day

We found this bench for 9.00 and a chair on the curb. So we painted them red and are going to put flowers in them.
Duey had to share some ice cream with Charlie:)
This was so Duey= The bulbs said to plant Sept-Nov. So by 7:00am September 1st he was out there planting bulbs!:) We did find this drill bit for bulbs that worked great....
..And of course Charlie had to be out there watching
Charlie loves to sit on this blanket.
